Welcome to Nikita Nielsen Counselling

Sometimes that story feels coherent and hopeful. At other times it can become shaped by loss, anxiety, difficult relationships, or experiences that leave us feeling stuck in roles we no longer recognise or want to occupy.

As an Integrative counsellor with a Person-Centred foundation, I see therapy as an opportunity to explore that story together. Every person’s experience is unique, so rather than following a single therapeutic model, I draw on a range of different approaches to meet your individual needs. My role is to offer a collaborative space where we can work at a pace that feels right for you.

I work with individual clients aged 16 and above, supporting them through a variety of challenges – from everyday difficulties in relationships or work, to anxiety, depression, bereavement and major life transitions. I also work with clients who are exploring questions around meaning and purpose, spirituality, difference and diversity, or who find themselves asking deeper questions about who they are and how they want to live.

I currently offer online or phone counselling sessions only. Face-to-face counselling sessions will be available from my counselling room in Fleet, Hampshire, from August 2026.
